John has over 15 years experience managing software and hardware systems for the Motion Picture and Video Post-Production industry. John was Director of Software Engineering and Project Manager for the Thomson (Philips) DFA (Digital Film Applications) product line which included the Specter Digital Film Workstation, the Phantom Transfer Engine and the Shout Film Restoration System. John started his career at the Eastman Kodak Company moving into the Motion Picture division to help start the Cineon product line and manage the Cineon Systems Integration Team.

Michael Pickup, Ph.D. - Principal Engineer
Michael had over 15 years experience with digital imaging. Michael performed algorithm research and development for the break-through Eastman Kodak Cineon Digital Film Workstation product. He was a critical member of the Thomson (Philips) DFA product development team which produced products such as the Specter and Phantom workstation products and the Shout Film Restoration System.
